Q) Do you have a minimum purchase?
A) There is no minimum purchase required for on-line shopping for personal-use
customers. However, the minimum for WHOLESALE (business) purchase is $100.
Q) Tell me more about wholesale minimum, please.
A) Our wholesale minimum is $100, in other words, A single wholesale order should be
greater than $100 excluding shipping cost. Everytime when wholesale order is placed,
we will check if an order meets our wholesale minimum ($100).
If a wholesale order is
not greater than $100 minimum, the order will be considered to be retail order.
therefore, retail pricing will be applied to that order.
Q) My order hasn't arrived yet, how do I track my order?
A) Call Customer Service at 770.936.0948 and find out your tracking number.
Use that number at www.ups.com/tracking to check status of your order online.

Q) What is your return & exchange policy?
A) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, If your purchase is defective, return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days from date of receipt for exchange ONLY.
* The defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Credit will be issued to items that are out of stock or cannot be repaired.
* All credits, if granted, will be reflected to your next order. we do not give credit back to your credit card.
* We do not accept any returns or exchanges for RHINESTONE ACCESSORIES and TIARAS.
* 15% restocking fee will be applied to any returned items.
* We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may occur for returning of items back to us for credit.
Q) How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive my
order?
A) Most orders placed before 3 P.M (Monday through Friday) will be shipped same day.
* All orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless other UPS shipping method chosen by customer.
* In the event of item(s) being short from your order, we will ship only available items.
You will be notified about short items only if we receive a request from you.
* We do not ship back orders unless we receive instruction to do so. out of stock items
at the time of shipment process will be cancelled for prompt delivery. please place an
another order within 1~3 weeks, when items become available (you will see photos
again).
* You should expect your delivery in one or two days for orders shipped within Georgia.
* For orders shipped outside of Georgia, expect delivery time of 2-7 days.
* Please use UPS ground map to calculate your approximate delivery time.

Q) I live out of the state and I would like to exchange my item, what should I do?
A) Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and state the reason for the return.
Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using
the delivery service of your choice.
Q) I received an item as a gift but how do I return it or exchange?
A) If you would like to return your gift, please call 770.936.0948 and we can exchange the item or give you a store credit ONLY.
